The Reset Sessions are short, focused check-ins designed to help you stay grounded, maintain momentum, and keep growing - without diving back into full therapy.
They’re not for crisis support or deep therapeutic work.
Instead, they offer:

• A space to reflect, celebrate progress, and course-correct
• A familiar face you trust, without the intensity of weekly sessions
You bring whatever’s coming up - big or small - and we’ll work through it together, in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

Whether monthly or quarterly, we’ll find a check-in rhythm that works for you. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are - no pressure, no deep dives - just space to reflect, reset, and move forward with more clarity.

Each session gives you time to pause, notice what’s feeling good (and what’s not), and realign. I’ll offer reflective prompts, practical guidance, and a supportive space to celebrate your progress and stay emotionally grounded - without needing to re-enter full therapy.
